Our daughter is visiting for the weekend so I have to wait for two ladies to get ready before we can go out for dinner.

Wearing my Newt at The Royal Montecristi - my best Panama hat.

Just got home from playing a really good early jazz gig where a nice gentleman offered to buy my BGG CD for more than I paid for it... Obviously I declined

Haha, your expression does say it all!
I really like the brim on this one. Looks very cool on you!!

Now, is that just me or does he look a helluva lot like Joaquin Phoenix?

Good morning from Minnesota, USA. Late August mornings are excellent weather to be outside. Our morning temps, 60's F, had me in a fleece and a VS Stratoliner inspired fedora while raking the beach. The recent heavy winds and our employee party have lots of detritus on the sand. The dove colored beaver felt is incredibly versatile with almost any color. Ready for other chores and errands.

Best to all this early morning, Eric -

Out doing some work to hopefully reclaim the piece of land that used to be called our yard. Now it's just overgrowth.
The stupid-cheap Stratton from the 'bay does a decent job keeping me in shade.
