these Akubra brims respond really well to just a gentle upward wipe

on both my CDs and the Bushman I've applied similar brim shaping techniques

until I can shape a brim like Michael or Eric I'll stick to my technique

steam absolutely

I aim steam right at the point where the crown meets the brim then gently wipe up ... usually only takes one run through

Joao, I just moved some furniture around in my house and had a revelation about why my parents stayed in the same house for so long. Moving takes years off your life!

Back to my limited selection of straws today to stay cool. Shatung straw that is. I need to call Peter Bros soon and ask for the Bob Roberts Special. Is it really custom if you say, "just like Bob's please"? Oh heck. I'll go with a navy pleated ribbon just to be different.
