WHAT a weekend of lids!
We just received notice that DSL will be available soon at our cabin in the woods. Finally! Internet access like the modern world, but I like the disconnect to some degree, and I don't always mind parking outside of public buildings for the access. Progress?!

I'll be replacing my camera (I don't have a cell camera yet; waiting for them to really catch on...) as my current Canon s110 didn't seem to like the bath I gave it in the pond yesterday. Consarn, and Dagnabbit! I have to buy another camera. Suggestions?

Mike your BSHW Parabuntal really is everything that everyone has said, and more. YOW-za!
Eric, you have reached new levels of cool with that sweet puggery, pal!
Mike glad you dug out that VS... outstanding!!
Harv you LOOK the part of seasoned world traveler. Sweet lid! See if you can straighten things out for them while you're there.

And since I am parked outside of another wireless access point, this will be a short post. TO anyone I have missed, apologies, and keep on keeping on!

60s Dobbs Cocoanut with a new band. Not bad for my first attempt at making a bow and curving the ribbon. It wasn't as difficult as I'd imagined.

You all are so well hatted as always!

Truly one of the highlights of my day is always coming to see what everyone is wearing.

Harv ... You take the cake for location today... And killer slice as always.

My humble contribution ... Today I chose a very early 50s Strat in robins egg blue... Very lightweight on a dry but warm day.

Thanks Che. You and your little guy always look great together and well hatted.

Frunobulax: Today, as Mr. Jones has said, is another soggy Sunday in our parts of Ohio.
We definitely had some rain up this way too. I was able to get the grass cut, finally, and looks like it's clouding up again for more rain. Stay dry buddy.

Joao: Sorry this picture will be remembered for ever.
Nice picture.
Ha! Thanks buddy. Although, I have a feeling that my scowling face reputation remains intact!

David: Be careful. You can pull a muscle doing that kind of thing.
Yeah, I think you're right. My jaw did kinda hurt after that. ;)

awesome slice Michael

is there something specific you do to your brims to keep them so slick ?

I have a couple of flanges that I use to tweak things a little bit. I really haven't done much to this one other than shape it by hand. The felt is very thin but takes a shape really well. These '40s-'50s Borsalinos are amazing hats.

Everyone has absolutely nailed it today.

Getting some hat time during my trips to get more floor boards for my weekend DIY project. My body's forgotten what real work feels like.

The ever popular Campdraft in bluegrass green.

Michael, Joao, Eric, nice hats guys....and also to everyone else on this rainy Sunday morning from Central Ohio. My son and grandson stopped by for a visit yesterday. Yeah, I'm smiling in this picture. My grandson was making me laugh and my daughter snapped the picture before I could stop smiling. Won't happen again, though. I'll be more prepared next time.
