Good Sunday morning from Central Ohio! Looks like it may shape up here to be a nice sunny day for some more yard work. Everyone looks great. I love the collection of lids on display. AnA, great looking hat. Very nice job.

I decided on a ribbon choice and finally finished my Western / Fedora conversion. As suggested, I chose a 3 ply thin ribbon, thanks to DOGMAN. The hat is of an unknown maker. The liner and the sweat only identifies this as a store brand. The only other marking on the sweat says 100%Genuine Fur. It's a nice hat though.

It's nice and tall, T! Good work, AGAIN.

Daniele your posts of yesterday were beautiful, and thank you for your kind comments, my friend. But today, ANOTHER BEAUTY! Is that a '"felted," or Cavanagh-style brim edge? Fabulous!! Smile, Daniele!! ;) :D

Back at you - good morning. Power outage in my area this morning. After coffee, made on my backpacking stove I have been out on a dog walk. Todays cool Minnesota morning has me wearing a vtg. Lee All-American labeled to be made in a buckskin felt.

Back out in a bit to start a generator in order to prepare a lunch for guest visiting in a couple hours.

Best, Eric -

I'm preparing to be smiling in the pictures :) Charlie.
I'm taking some lesson from an actor of Commedia all'Italiana
The today hat is a Tirard French made in the sixties, unlined and very lightweight.
Yesterday hat is a Borsalino lightweight, lined and very soft with short brim.
The brim of the Tirard are overwelted, not felted
Have a nice Sunday Carletto ;)

Nice hats today. Vintage, straws, conversions, new creations, church, hammock, wine, the Amish lifestyle (i.e. power outage).... Sounds like it's been an interesting Sunday all around.

Daniele, is that Pentax digital or film? I cut my photographic teeth on the classic Pentax K1000 and ME Super. I miss the feel of those in my hands.

Cigar and coffee on the porch tonight with my Bluegrass Green Campdraft.
