Thank You so much Daniele!
It's not bad for a factory reject.

Ordinary Guy, thank you. It's taken some experimentation to get that Camp the way I like it. I think I'm just about there. But that's the good thing about it. It will take a reshaping any time I want it.

More "winter" baseball tonight. Ready for some consistently warm temps.

Hey everyone!

I've been hard at work the last few days making my second handnade hat. I just got it to the point where I'm happy with how it looks, but knowing myself, I will probably mess with it some more.
I originally was going to make something along the lines of James Spader's hat from The Blacklist, but as it progressed, it just kinda became my favorite high crown center bash snap brim style. 6 inch crown open, brim 2 5/8" front and bacķ, 2 1/4" sides. My liner came out a lot better this time, but the sweatband still gives me problems. I had to redo it twice on this one before I was happy.

Maybe after I make a few more I might be ready to graduate from bunny to beaver. [emoji1]

Hmmm...I meant to post this in New Hats...I guess thats what I get for talking on the phone whilst posting instead of paying attention. I suppose this thread works too, since I did wear it today. [emoji1]

TY Bob and Lt. The color in the photos appears to be off, I'm guessing due to the overcast skies and heavy fog here in NorCal. The hat is actually black. Funny though, I have one more felt body left that is a very dark green similar to what this hat appears to be. I'm thinking about making an Open Road style out of it...
