I've had to literally roll the back up (like rolling a sheet of paper) by hand in order to get the back of a western brim to curve upward. That thick, stiff felt can take it.

I wore my new Hat People Extra Full cut to a bonfire/party last night. Had to Fabreze it and now I'm wearing it again today. I like it a lot but it will take a while to get use to. I think it is bigger than my Hanna 8/4.

Looks great. It took me a while to get used to a cattleman's crease with the front brim turned down. We even did a whole thread on it (Last year, I think.) Now I have two. It's a great option. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Looks good, Phil. The cattleman was a little hard for me to wear, and I still don't wear it often even though I have three of them now. I am liking it more though. I'm just not very used to the western look on me.

Nobody said they had to be pretty. I wear cuz they work.
When I'm in the limbs doing yard stuff or whatever, I may be seen wearing my VN tiger stripe "stingy boonie"...like today.
Don't matter what I'm doing, I wear a hat if I'm outside.
Sometimes I wear it with the front down...looks sporty and the young guns in the 'hood get a kick out of it..one teen called me "Jungle Thug".
