It's a lovely place you've got here. If I worked at it I could get used to the Pacific and the mountains and the great Mexican food and the crabs and the...

And thank you. But we were walking up the mountain. Everyone else was running or biking.

Today was vtg Stetson Stratoliners day (for me). I tried to stay in a tribute to the early 50's.

A vtg. pine green and then a vtg. silver belly were the hats of choice for the morning and then afternoon. I really have to get out of the back seat!:eusa_doh: :D For tomorrow I will see about a person shot.

I go away for a few days, and wow did I miss some great hats.

TommyK is that a felted edge? I really want to get a hat with one. I did try bidding on one particularly nice example on Ebay recently, but it went too high for me.

On a cold and frosty morning a NW Hats 'Indy' to keep my head warm:

Awesome, Strat, Eric. It's a good choice!

That is a beautiful NW Indy, Greg! I have one in the queue with Mike.

Sweet Stetson, Joao. I like the band!!

The RS looks nice on you, S4C! Great tie to boot!

Awesome, Dobbs, Greg! I like that one.

That is a sweet Champ, MiamiB. Very nice!

Some really good ones this morning, gents!

Pandora, that Mallory is sweet!

Miami, the Champ is superb! I'm still looking for a 40s-era anything!

Charlie, I like the relatively wider brim and wide edge binding. What's the jacket??

S4C, fantastic and simple combo, the caribou with that tie.

Hey Greg, that NW looks very solid. I wouldn't have placed it as an Indy.

Eric, thanks for the wonderful botanical display in the other thread. I knew your hats could make it out of the car!

GD, that is a sharp bash, sir!

Tommy, that is one of my favorites of yours!

Alan, is that your Tilley?

Barbisio Titan Chamois

Grey and cold day in East Italy today.
I was far from the computer for some times and after a quick sight I say that week end is full of ......excellent hats.
I wear today a Barbisio Titan Chamois that means suede to the view and fingers tips.

Good morning folks. Out this morning for a walk. A winter "dog day," 25'F overcast weather, finds me comfortable in a field coat and vtg. Stetson Whippet. The ice fishing houses on the lake, I call winter squatters, are plentiful.

In keeping of my backseat shots of late below is todays backseat shot. I have a vtg. Lee Pacesetter (brown with gill ribbon), vtg. 50's Stetson Whippet in charcoal and a vtg. 50's vtg. Whippet in brown. I am well hatted for the day.

Best, Eric -
