Charlie, your pics came out blank on my iPhone.....

Sometimes it takes two flushes, Greg. Or possibly they're too big. I've been cropping lots lately, but apparently not enough to work well with your phone. Henceforth I'll reduce them a bit more.

Justin it's great to see you posting. Please keep your head down, be safe, sir!

Tedq (Greg) my heart goes out to you, for having experienced the tragedy of selling a VS. Lovely tree!!

Panadora super lid; perfect perspective!

Joao that wide ribbon Stagecoach always blows me away!

Mark popped in here while I typed, with an absolutely astounding hat and look today... That's SUCH a great Stetson!!!

From the "Best of" files, (due to time demands this morning) my Blue Smoke VS. To use the line again, that was how I convinced Mrs. HRM that I needed a new hat; I blew smoke...

Greg; Lovely VS. You wear them proudly.

Panadora; Thanks for sharing.

Joao; The forum needs your big brim perspective. Thanks for bringing it wide with pride.

Mark; Holiday style you own sir!

Charlie; Re-cycled or not, you are classy when dressed for downtown. Hats grow on trees? I must not feed my hat tree the right stuff. You use $100 bills right? ;)

Cool, breezy, cloudy day in the northern Midwest states today. Afternoon a noon meeting my hat joins the other hats waiting in the car for me to bring them home for a brushing and a nap on the hat shelves. A VS Wanderer, VS Startoliner and a Lee Adventurer wait. I have not seat belted them in.

Thank you all for the comments on my Stagecoaches. I also love those hats.
You all know I feel a bit lonely in the wide brim range, unless Alan wears one of his old westerns.

WesternHatWearer: nice one. At least some company :)

Today I decided to wear my first Stetson, a 4X beaver that traveled with me to the UK 3 times and was a all days hat rain or sunshine for some years.
Got a big sweat stain all around the brim and crown and the sweatband still nice to wear.

After lunch switched to this Portuguese Bunny (I think it's a FEPSA felt).

With all the nice grey hats earlier in the day, I'll toss my Adventurebilt into the ring

Looks as though it is going to be brim wars in the western hats department :)

S4C, I really like the look of the felt and the lines on the conversion. Not to mention, you are owning the whole look!
