ManofKent -- I must say that I really admire your sense of color, style, and taste. In particular, I've noticed how well your outfits agree with your environment, something you don't often see. Also, may I ask where you found that great jacket? Kudos to you.

Thanks folks. The jacket is from CommonPeople (a smallish English company, that makes all their clothing in England) http://commonpeopleclothing.co.uk/shop/ although this is from last year. Nice quality although be warned the sizes come up small.

An honest opinion needed, Yesterdays hat pinched at 4 1/2 crown height. I am 6'5 230 lbs with a lanky build. Do you guys think this crown height is ok or should I go lower if needed. I have ordered a hat from Tim at Cane creek with a 4 1/2 height with a 2 1/2 brim and I am a little worried that it will look too tall on my body. Any advice will be helpful, good and bad. Thanks

I think it looks fine. I'm 6'3", 180 lbs and tall crowns work well for me.

Straw hat weather here, about 80 degrees.

I also have problems assessing crown height , but that looks proportional to me.

gear-guy - I'd say the proportions of that Borsalino work well for you. Getting something similar for your custom would be a good thing.

Lefty - very nice photos.

g.d - I really like the milan
