I did have another hat I was wearing but decided to wear my 4X Resistol conversion instead. It's a lot more comfortable and warmer, and is better suited for the chilly temps and wind chills. Though it looks nearly the same as my avatar pic, it's definitely different. I just look the same in all my pics! I gotta get my Lhasa Apso / Poodle a hat to wear too when we go for walks!

TJones - I don't remember that Resistol conversion. Very nice. Western style suits you.

TJones - I have really begun (or continued, really) to appreciate Resistol hats. I have a few of them and the felts are so nice. They are more substantial than the Stetsons, not as pliable, but still they feel good in the hands as well as the head. Slowly rising up the ranks in my book.

Thanks Andy. Actually it's more of a "Raiders / China" type fedora. From the angle that I took the picture I guess it does look a bit like a Western.
Miamibruno, The Resistol Stagecoaches are really nice. The substantial quality of the felt make for excellent conversions. I have another Resistol Stagecoach, (Black), that I think I'm going to convert to a copy of Cap Hatfield's hat from the TV movie, "Hatfields and McCoys".
Richard, always a touch of class! The Homburg looks great on you.
casechopper, The Fed IV is a definite classic!
bowlerman, That's a nice one! I love the looks of that Buckaroo!
