Good evening Gents! Everyone's looking great as usual!

Richard,...and you thought a wide brim wouldn't suit you! That Akubra looks really nice on you!
DJH, Excellent Borso. I wish the picture were more clear so I could get a better look at that Colbalt Blue.
casechopper, You're rockin' the Berets!
Job, Now there's a dynamic duo! Lookin' cool Gents!
CCJ, Nice combo with the Adam. Classy!
Che, Looking classy as usual my friend!
g.durand, I like that Lee! Nice!
hatguy, Your Greek Fisherman cap is classic! I like it!

On this warmer evening from Central Ohio I'm wearing an old 3X OR that I reworked to be my knock-around hat. It's a size 7, (too small for me)....So I took out the sweat and replaced it with a grosgrain sweat from a cheap wool felt that I had. It fits now! I also robbed another hat of it's ribbon and put it on this one. Nice little knock about...

HGuy: You look just fit and ready for blowing up "The Guns of Navarone" ;)

TJ: That's a really great looking hat as is! In the long run, you may talk to "the lawyer". He could probably dump a larger log into the crown and make it fit with a piece of leather inside. But as long as it fits and feels great - don't fix it!

Thanks, TJ. I'd say that rework job worked out very nicely for you. Looks snazzy in full color or B&W.

Ccj, stunning look my friend.

Che, great hat my man!

G, luxurious Lee :)

David, I am really liking that blue. Nice choice

Sam, looking great with that beret

job, two cool guys for sure. Lookin good fellas!

HG, nice choice. I like it

TJ, love both photos. Killer hat for sure!

------------

Today I am wearing my 50s Keens with my 20s Mackinaw.

Originally, the Keens had a black ribbon, but over time it faded to a unique rustic brown, separating it from the other Grey/black color combos. I like it.

Wow CCJ,

Thank you! You made my night! I really appreciate it, though you are an impeccable dresser yourself!!

It is my pleasure to serve each and every one of you, no matter your views on service members and the like. I signed up to serve this great nation, carry on a family tradition, and to experience something new. I know that many may not know who I am, but I use the knowledge of their being to give me strength when times are tough. We are all family in one way or another, and for that, I will fight. I will also say Thank you to all the other service members. With out you, we couldn't be enjoying our freedoms of today. Thank you for that.

In basic there are lockers, but here at Ft. Campbell, we have barracks. I share one with another fellow, and each have our own room, sharing a common area and bathroom.

Beautiful hat, Charlie!
