Sam, hope you're keeping warm out there (we woke up to a balmy -15 this morning...)! The Carlotta is so nice. The accents in the ribbon have such personality, and that sunset color is something I just never think about, but always stop to admire when you wear this hat.

I am/was cold. My cars heat doesn't seem to do too much when it gets down to the single digits so after about 15 minutes I start to feel it.

HOW COLD IS IT?!?!?

From Sam's lead and Jeff's follow-on (the signature felt hat over a parka) it was easy to select one of my first hats. Created by me in an "art class/rummage sale crossover event" in 1972. This may actually qualify to be on the Conversion thread, as it started out as a simple gray Russian style sheepskin hat. It really gets TOO hot unless we're at about 0 degrees F, or colder.
