YOU ARE WEARING MY HAT! This is the hat I ordered (and paid for) from AB about five years ago but never got!
Despite the sour grapes, it looks GREAT!

Had to switch gears... Postman was kind enough to deliver an old Dunlap bowler to me a little while ago. First bowler that I own that has vents. Incredibly smooth feel to the felt...

The Woodrow looks good on you MoK. Like the brim swoop - kinda saucy.

Thanks - I can't quite pull off the brim swoop as well as Charlie, but I'm practicing :)

Richard - I have no idea where you come up with these great hats, but you do. I'm assuming this one is UK made?

Thanks - yes Woodrow bowlers are fairly common, but you don't see many of their fedoras. This was a lucky badly listed ebay find.

Richard, That's a really interesting hat! I like that one!
Thanks TJones - It took me a while to appreciate long hairs/velours but now I want more.

Lovely AB David

Andy - great looking hat - I need eggplant (or aubergine as it's correctly known ;) )

TJones, I wish I could pull off a western. Looks great on you.

Sam - you know how to pull off the extremes of hats.

Great OR Perry

Matt - Nice brown job, and a wonderful bowler.

Eric - that coffee anticipation look is great ( lovely hat too! :) )

A trip to a conference in London for me today. I wasn't sure there would be a cloakroom at the conference centre so I went with the Olney Crushable fur-felt. Not my favourite fedora, but survives being shoved in a briefcase quite happily:

The blue plaque is John Keats old home, now rather in the shadow of this:

'The Shard'. I know you city folks see skyscrapers all the time, but I'm a country bumpkin ;)

Last time I was in London it wasn't even started.
Highest skyscrappers in Portugal are the "Amoreiras" towers. Because they are built on a depression, they almost "vanishes" in Lisbon skyline.

That's the best hat of the day by far - proud of ya, Splintz!!

Thanks for the comments on the Adventurebilt from earlier today, guys. The hats that Steve Delk makes are very special.
