Cool curl in the back. I think I remember when you first got that hat. Nice color! :)

Thanks, Alive, et al. I got that Brill's via casechopper and mrs. casechopper. Outstanding Champ Milan yesterday!

Sam, you are killin' that bowler, man. It's a really great look for you!

Josh, nice to see you sporting these westerns again!

back to the Stetson 25 for me. I am seriously liking this hat. The felt is incredible.

Thanks for the comments on the new Fed (I'm already wondering whether the wife would notice a Moonstone one sneaked in the house :D).

Thanks also for support with joint issues. It's some form of arthritis that's suddenly hit - waiting on blood test results and downing super-strength anti-inflamatorys.

Today was warm with heavy showers - Olney crushable fur-felt:

Keep it on, Joao! It's a fantastic shape, IMHO...
Thank you

Joao, great look with the Nutria and nice backdrop!
Not the best backdrop but it was what I had in "hand".

Joao Encarnado, always loved the Westerns...definitely looks good on you!
Thank you!

Joao, I always enjoy your westerns-- really like this brown nutria that "won't come off your head!"
I'm really enjoying the lightweight of this hat.

Today I'm wearing my 1960's Stetson Genuine Panama Western
It's in great shape and looks very good on you.

Flattened the brim…. hum…..

Thank you Richard and Manfred for your compliments.

As usual, tremendous variety today, gents.

Stetson Whippet. I still don't know what color it is. The felt and the ribbon vary with the light.

Thanks guys for the comments on the Panama today. This is the best quality straw hat I own and finding it on eBay was a lucky break.

Sorry no time today to comment on all the great posts.

A Penney's Marathon today.

Another fine one from your collection, Tom!

AnA, well, two great and fine hats![/B]

Thank you, Manfred. I totally didn't plan 2 Champs back to back this week. Worked out nicely.

Super clean derby, Justin!!

Today I'm wearing my 1960's Stetson Genuine Panama Western

Josh, that hat has some twang! I love it; the weave is impeccable. Very nice hat. :thumb:

AnA - Lovely pair of Champ's - I envy both.

Thanks, Richard. And your blue Olney is a fine hat, as well!!

Everyone's looking great!

You're looking great... in that HAT!! Super Stetson, Jeff!! +1 with Josh's comment. The crown and brim dimensions look really good. The picture gives great perspective; I can see you in a shack somewhere making moonshine! :)

Flattened the brim…. hum…..

I enjoy flat brims. Looks great, Joao!!

That hat looks brand spankin' new. Beautiful felt.

Now that's a hat. Very nice sir.

Thanks, B.J. I have a very deep diamond crease in it. I'll have to post pics of it for you, since you are so fond of diamonds.

VS/Optimo Dualist for today

Beautiful! Thanks for yesterday's comments, too.
Richard, the Olney woolie looks really nice!
B.J., your consistent style is astounding, I love seeing your posts!
G. Durand, stunning mystery colored whippet. That thing has quite an amazing aura!
So awesome to see the dualist, David! Black cherry, yes?

I worked on my falcon park virtuoso for hours last night, because in some kind of earlier reshaping or storage it developed an asymmetry and taper that I just couldn't reblock effectively back to its sweet 30s profile. So I settled on this soft diamond or triangle with a tighter pinch. I might eventually just send it back to Parker for a reblocking. You can see the original pristine profile on parkers website.

I'm wearing it today, in the waiting room at my kid's dentist office...
