daizawaguy, this is my second favorite of your semi calados. The one with the very stingy brim and copper ribbon is truly extraordinary to my eye.

Incredible that you remember that one, Sir! I`ll have to dig seen into my hat boxes to get it out - it has not had much exposure. That memory touches me deeply

This was in the middle of the Chap Olympiad Butler Racing event - bending down to retrieve my riding stick. Best shot of the hat all day!

Sunday, day two of the Only Olympiad That Matters - an Akubra Capricorn:

Awe-inspiring geological formations, Steve. All that ruggedness serves as a grand backdrop for the well-ordered Huckel.

Splintercellsz, ain't summer grand with all the car shows? Thanks for posting.

Stopping for a quick lunch today....

I can actually eat outside on the covered deck for the first time in 10 days, the sweltering heat and humidity took a day off today....

A fine stack of onion rings and a quesadilla await me.....

One of my Panamas and a Hawaiian shirt for this lunch, which is my usual attire in the summer....:D

Hatto - the bloke at the shop mentioned the reason there were no men's hats was that someone from Ohio had bought the complete inventory.

:D I hope to get out there the end of August, maybe there will be a few more!

You gents are rockin' the straws for sure, esp. with the Hawaiian shirts. Better catch up Neo!

Alan, as nice as the fireworks are, I think the just plain sky is awesome!
