Great job guys.

Jereksen, great job working the hat. I'm hip to your glasses.Tell me about them?

Dinerman, this is my new favorite hat of yours. You have such a unique style.

Thanks gents. I really love this hat. Easily the most beautifully minted vintage lid I own - unfortunatly, I managed to damge it slightly while trying to stretch it onto my head (it had shrunk in the heat). The sweatband is starting to come loose in the back.
I'll bet I could repair it though.

Air Indy, I've got a diamond crease in this one. Here's an older picture, the top hasn't changed very much.

Marty, those are repros I picked up from Virginia. The style was created during the early 18th century, and they were worn all throughout the Civil War into the late 40's. A pretty timeless style. They go great with my hats.

I haven't been here for a while, but I'm enjoying all the hats I've missed! :eusa_clap

I went and spent time at my mother in laws for Valentine's Day with my husband. Therefore, no fancy dresses or anything. However, I did get to wear my new handmade 1920's cloche with rhinestones and exaggerated trim. I'll try to take close up pictures of this one soon - it's highly unusual and appears brand new.

Hi Folks,

Today I'm wearing my Gun Club and a U.S. Wings Indy jacket. Thankfully, so far, no one has asked me if I'm on my last crusade. I didn't wear a hat yesterday because the wind was blowing a gale. The day before that, was raining and cold, so I wore my Snowy River. That one is turning out to be a really tough hat.

As a side note, about a week ago I ordered an Akubra Stylemaster from Australiangear. It will be the first wide-banded fedora I've ever owned. I ordered it to go with a Goodwear A-1 that John Chapman is making for me. Sadly though, it appears that my Stylemaster is backordered. No worries. I enjoy looking forward to getting hats almost as much as I enjoy getting hats.

Bud, certain hats just have that something that screams out quality. That Vogue is loud and clear. I could see that a mile away. Damn, I wish I had one.

Dont have a new photo ...but to work out in the garden today it was my re-ribboned Ecuador Hat Co. fedora. And let me add it held up well!
