About late 1930's Knox fedora with 2 1/2 inch Cavanagh type edge. Bought on eBay from Brent. Hat has no liner. The mfg tag is one of those odd ones that appear in the late 30's and reappear in the early 50's, but the style tells me it's an early hat.

Stetson No. 1 Quality. Brim is 3 3/4 or so and has 7 inch open crown. Dates to about late 1920's or so. It has some mothing but it's still a good hat. The mfg tag shows Block 406 which is the same Block I see used for about all of the big crown Stetsons I've come across.

Stetson No. 1 Quality, from Stockman Farmer, Denver. Brim is about 3 3/4 inches and open crown is about 7 inches. I think this hat dates sometime before 1943. There's 2 holes in the sweatband where a chinstrap was attached.
