Yes, it is, Max. I am especially looking forward to that one. Its shape reminded me of the angora one I had to let go.

A lot of folks have modern Stetsons in Mink around the Lounge. It is hard to tell on a computer monitor just the exact shade of brown. You will be happy with it I'm sure. I have seen this color at my haberdasher and it is a nice, tame, rich brown.

I have a Mink Stetsonian and yes I agree it is nice rich shade of brown, darker than a mid brown but a touch lighter than a dark chocolate.....kind of like a mink might look!

I realize I stated my collection days were coming to an end BUT I sold 11 hats, cleaned out some of the mess and I had cash rattling around in my pocket....so now.......
I have a Stetson coming from Bond, a fedora from Phoenix and in January Mike at NW has one of his new Tonak felts scheduled for me. As well my wife found a hat she loved, I sent pics to Rick at Phoenix and he is in the process of making my wife a hat.....I am so pleased we finally found a hat for my wife but I do have a deep seated fear I may have created another monster.

I realize I stated my collection days were coming to an end BUT I sold 11 hats, cleaned out some of the mess and I had cash rattling around in my pocket....so now.......
I have a Stetson coming from Bond, a fedora from Phoenix and in January Mike at NW has one of his new Tonak felts scheduled for me. As well my wife found a hat she loved, I sent pics to Rick at Phoenix and he is in the process of making my wife a hat.....I am so pleased we finally found a hat for my wife but I do have a deep seated fear I may have created another monster.

Thanks, Doug. I didn't expect that find to be honest; the auction listed the hat box first! The hat was described almost as an afterthought.
