This gem is as good as it gets as far as vintage thin ribbons...the owners stated that great uncle had this bacl to Resistol to have them do the refurbish by the Resistol Company in 1959, after their great uncle had it for a while...and it has been in the box ever since, their great uncle just never wore it after it came back....so it is hard to say really how old this is...but I was lucky enough to snag it for Daniel. It has been in a closet shuffled around but left closed up in the original box...looking forward for it to be here in a day or so...yippy!

I'm looking for a little sun this weekend to wear the new hat. It's been stormy lately but we may have a little reprieve over the weekend.

It's also a good time to bring out Mrs Fed's vintage brown fedora. She doesn't even know I bought it. But it was too cheap to pass up. I don't think it was ever worn.
