Nice looking hat, Marcel.

I've only ever seen Vancina hats, which Borsalino bought up at some point after WWII, with the designation "styled by Borsalino".

Be interesting to see what, if any, labels there are under the sweat.

Already talked to Stefan and he thinks it's made by Panizza in the '70's. So knowing this (Panizza & Borsalino), i assume the quality is ok ;-)

It should be and looks it.

The liner logo definitely says 70s to me.

This Topper has some great looking case candy, so I hope I'm forgiven for buying another one.

The liner logo had me hooked straight away.

Late 1940's Dobbs with the rarely seen black sweatband. Has 2 3/4 inch bound brim. The hatbox is original to the hat. The seller said the hat appeared never worn, and that this was the nicest felt of any hat he had ever come across.

Bought this hat today. Not sure of the maker but might be Resistol because the sweatband has the Self Conforming patent stamp. The liner says TAD and sweatband says Langrock. I googled that name and it's the store name. Looks like a 50's hat. Maybe TAD is the name of the hat's owner?
