My Navy Gannon is finished. Just received the images from Mike Gannon and I cannot wait for the mail to come in. Even though I'm only an hour south of him, I can't get up there this week to pick it up, so Pony Express will do. The detail in the bow is an "orange and black" homage to my alma mater (actually bronze, but it reads), tall open crown, 2 5/8" brim.

Got a nice deal on this marathon. 2 1/4" brim is my ideal size. IMO the crease is too perfect, like factory. I think it would look better with a hand creased diamond -thoughts?

Also some of you may have seen this sitting on eBay for quite some time, well I really liked the color scheme and dimensions so i decided to snatch it up and will attempt to clean,shape, and restore it to former glory.

I almost snapped up that Barclay. I love that color combo.

I just won this hat and actually had no intention to
just threw a low ball bid of $53 at it and no one else bid ... I don't even really know why I bid to be honest ... I don't particularly love the hat but we'll see what shows up

As I recall, Churchill was made by Resistol. Some were sold through Neiman Marcus. I had one almost exactly like the one you just purchased and sold it on EBay a year ago for $325. I think you got a pretty good deal, Anthony!
