What do you think of this Vanson - is it a roughout?

Saw this on eBay and wonder:
1) if this is a roughout model?
2) the sleeves look longer than 22.8 inch for sure - can it be right size 42 has 22.8 sleeves?

Only asking here as the Japanese sellers typically respond by saying ‘sorry we can’t help you as the jacket is already packed in the warehouse…’

It's roughout, you can see it's unlined and the inside shows the top grain.

No idea on the sleeves.

Ask the seller to take a photo with the sleeve measurement. Everyone measures in their own way

Roughout for sure. They might be measuring sleeves on the inside (from armpit to cuff). 22.8 is absurd for 42 if you measure correctly on the outside..
Overall not a good idea to buy from JP via Ebay.
Find it on the proxy sites, will be much cheaper.
