Well i can be vain at home. My desktop background, phone background are both pictures of myself. My next goal is a huge picture of myself for my wall. Just to be vain for myself. But i like to keep that vanity personal.

Seriously though, how cold does winter get in Melbourne? [huh]

depends on if you are in the mountains (which get snow) or not...

in melbourne proper, a cold wintry day can have a top of maybe 8-12oC (but remembering that in summer you can have a top of 38oC - so a pretty big difference) overnight lows of -1-3 or so...

A good overcoat is essential if you wander outside at night during winter in Melbourne carebear...

The Bureau of Meteorology website is indicating that at 5.24pm (a few minutes ago) in the city it was 13.7 degress celsius (with an apparent temperature of 10.8 degrees celsius) with tonight heading down to around 5 degrees celsius...

While at the country residence in the Upper Yarra Valley it will probably get down to around -2 or -3 tonight. We also have had good snow fall on the mountains in the last few days...including the mountains surrounding the country place
