I say Bravo! Good, stylish hats are definitely making a comeback and I believe it speaks well for certain of the younger generation who are no longer satisfied with the substandard and mundane. Lately I have been making and selling more "lifetime" quality hats to younger folks who seek a return to handmade craftsmanship and old world charm. I recently made a hat for a young twentysomething woman who sports dreadlocks and wanted a wide brim hat. She picked the colors and style and the size ended up at 7 7/8 to accommodate the dreads. I think she definitely rocks that hat and wears it like she owns it. She quipped that at some point in the future her grandchild would try on the hat and marvel at how big a head grandma had. She does look pretty good with the hat on. Stylish and functional =).

The first thought I had was; wouldn't it be better to have a hat guy make the video rather than a non hat wearer? I thought his knowledge level regarding hats was very superficial reflecting his non hat experience. Maybe one of our authentic hat guys here on the forum, with real knowledge and real experience, would serve men better by making an informative hat video.

I couldn't help but keep thinking ...

if someone showed you how to wear a hat properly your ears would never be an issue

but to each their own ... we all wear hats differently

isn't life grand?

Allow me to aquaint you with certain category of youtube channels. You have a number of men, women & hybrids that will reel of at a hundred words a minute, face camera, pointless dribble on a multitude of subjects without any indepth knowledge about any of them.....it pleases youtubers who have nothing better to do with their lives & who have intellectual deficiences due to spending too much ttime online.

Hope this helps. :D

I think it's good that the hipster crowd or whatever this guy represents finds fedoras acceptable headgear. There is some real visceral hate for fedora wearers out there. However, I found the vid unwatchable. Turned him off about 30 seconds in.
