Looks like I never posted in here, huh.

Well, for those of you who don't know, I'm a law student, on the Law Review, a Dean's Scholar, Merit Scholar, and member of the Dean's Student Advisory Council, which means I get to tell the dean what the kids are complaining about!

I have to pad my "job" with my scholarships since you guys have more interesting stuff than me. :)

I'm an Information Protection Officer for a fortune 500 company. Basically keep the bad guys out, and preserve the Confidentiality, Availability and, Integrity of our customers precious data. Prior to that, 14 years Active duty Air Force, and now just 6 more months of Air Force Reserves before Military retirement. Not all that exciting, but I can't complain...

Thanks, Scarlett!

And, Miserabelle, you should sing! If only for your own enjoyment! It's big fun.
Check out the line of Jamie Aebersold books, they have the music, words and accompanying CDs to many jazz standards, it'd s great place to start. And they have the music for the whole jazz combo in the book so you can hand it to a band and they will play for you.

That's quite impressive, I've only managed (almost) 3 so far! :) What I like about it is that no day is ever the same, the teenagers keep you on your toes continuously, you cannot become stagnant and stop growing, else you won't quite survive in the classroom!

Ever seen Double Indemnity? I like to think of my job as the modern incarnation of Barton Keyes. Except that I don't have my own office, can't smoke cigars in said office and don't get to badger claimants like that poor ba***rd with the burnt truck. And I wasn't around the last time someone in the office tried to beat the system.

(I work for the claims department of a very large insurance company, handling workers' compensation out of the jurisdiction of California, for a less colourful explanation. I sure wish I could smoke cigars and badger claimants, though!)

I am a full time housewife and mother. I have two young kiddos, 2 years and 2 months. Prior to children, I never thought staying home with your kids qualified as a "job" but boy I do now! So much to do to keep the household running smoothly. I worked as a hairstylist prior to having children.

I have a BA in history that I'm still trying to figure out how to use, but I am currently the jewelry/accessories/cosmetics specialist at our local Target. It isn't glamorous, but it pays the bills. lol

I work in a localhistoric image archive in the cultural department of the local council. I floated around in the art-world before I got my act together and managed to get a degree in art history and cultural project management, and finally I got my dreamjob in my hometown. There are about 400 000 images in our archive from the mid 1800´s to circa 1980. And a lot of goodies from the 1940´s and 1950´s... love it.

See you
