Tonight with our delayed Christmas dinner of Game hens, wild rice blend and assorted veggies we had one of the most delicious, non French, wines I ever recall drinking. It was a 'Chateau Chateau" Triumphal Arch 2007 Grenache, Light Pass, Barossa Valley...........from Australia yet! A big name for a BIG wine. At 16% abv it's way more than I would usually consider for red wine but it came highly recommended fron our wine guy and BOY was he right!
