San Miguel beer with the Friday-nightly take out Mexican food. Later, a whiskey sour with Two Stars bourbon.
Celebrating just a bit but also closing out a chapter in my life with a bit of Lagavulin 16.
I was in a celebratory mood because my mom's house sold the first day it was on the market, but a bit melancholy also. When the sale closes that will wrap up her/their estate so the chapter of their lives closes too.Retiring? If so, congrats! And condolences?

I prefer to drink everything neat also. I was thinking BIB might be a bit rough & best served on the rocks or with just a splash of water.I prefer bourbon neat. Old Grand Dad is a bit of a strong flavor profile, so if you like bourbon on the rocks, this would be a prime candidate.
