I haven't drank any Cutty since I was a kid.

Cutty was my introduction to Scotch and probably the reason I didn't return to Scotch until years later. It reminded me of the first Alabama moonshine I ever drank. I'd still take the shine over the Cutty.

There is a very good reason I have not had Cutty Sark in 30 years and I plan to keep it that way.

I was on vacation & even though I had some of my own stock with me, I wanted to be out among "the locals". You know what they say, "any port in a storm".

Just got home a short while ago, everything that has to be carried in for the night has been. Now I'm enjoying my dog & some Glenfarclas 12. Tomorrow starts another wk.

The naysayers can no longer deny the existence of a meteorite/planet that is headed inbound towards earth. Even NASA had to acknowledge it recently & called it a second moon that orbits the earth. This pic was taken yesterday morning at 8:00 am mountain time. The sun is up & clearly visible in the upper right hand corner therefore no stars are visible in the morning sky.

105 degrees outside as I sit on my back deck enjoying Angry Orchards which sit neck deep in a bucket filled with ice listening to the Chili Peppers on my Boomcase.

Enjoyed some Macallan 12 during Happy Hour tonight. I haven't really had any Macallan since their Sherry filled casks became hard to get, so the price went up & they began to push their fine oak series. Their Sherry finish is becoming a little more available again.

The sherry cask Macallans are superior the their Fine Oak offerings. I would never turn down Macallan 12.
