Ezra Brooks bourbon, neat. One of my go-to tipples.
After years of experimenting with high-end whiskies, I found myself settling in to Ezra Brooks as my regular. When I mentioned that to my father, he told me Ezra Brooks was what my grandfather always drank, which I didn't know. It was intriguing to learn that in this case the apple had landed right flush up agin' the tree.
I chill a good number of reds. All the cool kids are doing it.I was surprised that you served it slightly chilled (I'd had chilled red wine before in Spain) but loved it

I must be one of the cool kids then, I do the same thing, but only when I go to the inlaws.
I keep a bottle in the cooler, and the cooler keeps it cool for 5 days.
Otherwise I keep it in the fridge, yeah I know it should be in a wine cooler...like I need something else to plug in!
My favorite.
