The real Duke not some fake one.
I had a real Edmundo with a Balvenie Double Wood.
The guests had a bunch of drinks that I just made up off the top of my head.
The Cold California was a big hit. So were some fruity chick drinks I made up.

Cold California?

Sort of a chick drink I and a friend made up years ago.
It is just equal parts of Frangelico, Tia Maria and Bailey's. It cuts the California cold and thus the name.
The real chick drinks were made with Pineapple juice, ginger ale, sweetened lime, Rock candy syrup, Torani Peach and some 10 Cane Rum. They wanted something fruity. [huh] They liked it too.

I was in Albany on business a few days back and was able to get a tin of 965, which is out of production. That was my first "sophisticated" pipe smoke. There's a very good tobacco store on Central Ave in Albany. I've gone to L.J. Peretti in Boston for my tabac these days, as they ship fast and their selection is very good. I love their Cuban mix and 9575 blend.

MM's are a decent, reasonably priced cigar. They were one of the HOT brands about 8-10 years ago, and have quietly continued on since. Lots of guys were all over them through JR.
