Thank you. She was a baking machine for about two weeks and the results are, as you said, magic. Over the course of the day, I must have had twenty cookies yesterday.

As for snacking, I am just about finished with the pumpkin seeds from Halloween pumpkins.
Blanched in saltwater and then roasted with butter and black pepper.
I eat the hulls and all.

We used to do that every Halloween as a child. They are so much better than the store bought variety.
