What Are You Reading

A bit preachy, of course, but a good book nonetheless.

I'm looking forward to receiving "Lulu In Hollywood," which I just ordered.
Silent movie actress, Louise Brooks' book of essays.

Oh the lovely Louise!

After my Agatha Christy binge last month I read Enigma by Robert Harris , ok read, but nothing great. It felt padded with to much info on the well told tale of code breaking. I dislike historical novels that spend half the novel essentially recounting another history book the author read recently. It takes skill and discretion to weave history and story together in a complimentary way. I thought Harris did this pretty well in Fatherland, less so in Enigma.
