I try to avoid streaming (though once in a while I'll track down something rare, or look out for new music to purchase via youtube), so I do tend to have to seek out what I want to listen to. My most recent musical purchases have been a couple of newly-released lived archived recordings of The Clash and The Ramones, and a 40th Anniversary release of the Pogues' evergreen classic, Rum, Sodomy and the Lash, released originally in 1985. Not my first copy of that particular masterwork, but it's a lovely edition, and on red vinyl too. A nice pressing on quality 180g stuff.
Other than that, I've been recently revisiting a few classics from the 90s - Lush in their 'Lovelife' era, especially, and The Vaselines second album Sex with an X (2010), which features some great tracks, not least the title number and the glorious I hate the eighties, a refreshing riposte to popular revisionist eighties nostalgia from those who remember the reality.
This thread reminds me, though, that I really need to get my redecoration finished properly at home so I can have my hifi set up exactly how I want it and buy that really fancy turntable I've long promised myself...
