Won't post the source since it's lewd and bawdy, but just listened to an MP3 of English WW1 veterans singing "Madamoiselle from Armentieres". The lyrics were pretty shocking, funny, but shocking, which is completely understandable given the fact that the men didn't ever know if they'd see a woman ever again when they sang it at the front. I've seen several different versions of the lyrics from Google just now, but this one from the 1960's definitely went the extra mile, lol
