Rusty -- the Stetson No. 1 Quality is 3 1/4". The widest brim I have is a Stetson 3X, which is 3 1/2":

This is actually one of a pair of 3X's that I picked up within 2 weeks of each other on the Bay -- same liner, same felt, different brim widths:
