As a vintage bus and trolley fan, I really enjoyed it.

I would guess this was shot in late 1940 or early 1941 as there's a brief view of a billboard advertising the new lower priced Cadillac for 1941.

GM had discontinued Cadillac's lower priced sister brand LaSalle at the end of the 1940 model year. So for 1941, a new lower priced series of Cadillacs was introduced to take the place of the LaSalle. And, of course, it was heavily promoted on billboards and in magazine ads.
