Consider combining your choice of leather belt blanks and buckle.
Or you could get a longer belt and a leather punch and cut the belt down to size.

I have my cobbler cut down longer belts and add snaps so I can mix and match my various buckles and straps.
That's probably the way to go. But belts today are still to wide. But I mean I'm not really that thin there must be belts in my size! Men today eat too much.
