Want to swap Freewheelers Centinela size 42 to a size 44

It's a one in a million chance, but I'm testing my luck here on this great forum. I bought my Centinela jacket in size 42 just a month ago or so. It ended up fitting a bit too tight around the waist and belly. My question is; does anybody have a size 44 Centinela and would like to swap down to 42 with me. If so, please do not hesitate to contact me. We'll figure out the rest.
