About the WPA?

The Works Progress Administration was a New Deal program aimed at getting the unemployed back to work via public projects. Your clothes were apparently made by workers who labored under a project which was under the wing of the WPA.

More Here, via Wikipedia.

I've been collecting vintage for about 17 years and I've never seen any. Could be pretty rare.

I know I'll probably regret this, but why don't you just put a reserve on your auctions if your worried about selling items for too little? BTW, sniping at the last minute is part of the fun of buying on eBay. Good luck! :eusa_doh:

I really do have to ask why you refuse to use capitalization and punctuation in nearly all of your posts. Are you James Joyce? Is this a stab at stream-of-consciousness?

Dear Marc,
I doubt I'd be the only one to have suspected, from the first post, that...all was not as it seemed in this thread. Hey: no need to drag JJ into it, and the lack of caps is the least perplexing issue at hand, in my opinion.
