Nice jacket, surprised no one commented, but these vintage civilian flight style is my favourite, not a market favourite I understand. Price is a bit steep but I can appreciate it for the condition. One question, pit seems too narrow, is it stretched out?

You mean it looks narrow in the photo? Or 21' is relatively narrow ?

For a civil flight jacket (aka the 50s style flight), a tag size of 42” should not have a 21” pit measurement, actual pit should be three inches at least larger.
