Agreed. He was Prisoner #3 in the order of precedence for prosecution. Goering was #1 but self-medicated. Hess, #2, was judged insane. Ribbentrop, #3, was left to dangle at an uncomfortable angle, followed by lesser lights of the Third Reich.
