I myself have a blue enamel Dualit toaster. Wasn't cheap, but I will never have to buy another toaster again.

Keygrip, The Manhatten has no branding, the downside of the toater was it was brushed aluminium not the "Glitzy Chrome" I crave.

Tuppy - you need to boil you Toastrack in water for at least ten Minutes to heat it through, and then dry thoroughly with a linen tea towel.

Lolly - My kitchen is black white and grey colour has been banished unless its edible, of course

I don't get the point of toast racks.
By the time you get your toast in your rack,
the rack to the table,
your toast out of the rack
and onto your plate..........
the toast is cold and your butter won't melt.

Thanks Talbot, Radio restoration place sounds good. The fan motor runs fine there must be a lose connection in the switch area because I have to put a weight on the switch to get it going.

Carefull with the switch. A good electrocution will play havoc with your hair style!
