Hello All--
I shared this one recently in Post New Hats Here and have decided to pass it on. It's a beautiful 1940s fedora with 5 1/2 open crown and 2 3/4 brim and absolutely has that classic 1940s wide and tall look. It's been worn but is in very good condition. Color is a beautiful light gray and the ribbon is a deep blue -- almost looks black indoors but the color pops in exterior light. I'm torn about letting it go but for me it is not an everyday hat and the realities of apartment living are that you can only have so many "special occasion" hats in your collection.
I would be very interested to trade for a similar quality/condition classic fedora with a 2 1/2 brim -- gray, tan or sage tend to be my colors and always a fan of whippet-style and other variations of the big city fedora. I think I've got enough thin ribbons but open to what might be out there.
Otherwise, would sell for $250 friends and family, with CONUS shipping included.
Message me if interested.
Cheers,
David
