THanks Gents , it will be in downtown Central Point Or, 1 mile from my current shop but worlds away. I found a spot in an Historic bldg, built in 1909, and is much larger than my current space. Best of all, long term lease and better showroom.

Not quite that big Ed, but similar in the historic aspect. 2300 sq feet, all on the same floor. I'll finally be able to set up ALL of my equipment in the work area, what a concept. I haven't been using everything because not enough room in my work space. I'm both excited and apprehensive at the same time. Lot's of work to relocate
