This is a vintage Mallory Hat that states it's 7 1/8, but it's a little larger than that as it fits me a bit tight and I'm between a 1/4 ands 3/8. Very nice hat with the Mallory edge. Felt is soft, complete without bites or problems and very nice. Ribbon is crumpled down to half it's size but intact and needs ironing. Leather sweatband is intact and just requires oil, and perhaps a few stitches in the back, see pic. Silk is worn, and requires replacement or refurb.
Brim is 2 3/4 and crown is a bit over 5 inches. This is a very nice hat. $125 plus shipping.
