Vintage Langlitz Columbia with new main zip - 42-44

Up for sale is a well-worn vintage Langlitz Columbia, 3-pocket model. This jacket has the 1957 - 1985 tag without the "USA" at the bottom. It has just arrived back from Langlitz after getting a new main zipper installed (Talon) and size laces. I also ordered a Sam Brown belt, which i will include if you pay the $100 it cost - it will also be sold separately if desired. It is a size "40".

This jacket is made if heavier cowhide (or possibly horsehide?) leather. It weighs in around 7.0 lbs. This jacket does smell "vintage" and any number of smells that entails. It is not musty at all. I cleaned and treated this jacket thoroughly prior to sending it to Langlitz. The lining does have some smaller holes. Otherwise interior is quite good. The sleeves have issues at the end - there are some holes as shown in the photos. It was not something Langlitz had time to work with, it could still be repaired if needed or it's wearable as-is.

Putting this sale on hold - took the jacket to a local shop to do the sleeve work, then likely will keep it around.

Sleeves are repaired, listed as a No-Reserve auction on ebay. Note the smell is pretty "strong" with this jacket, despite a lot of airing out.
