While searching for vintage inspired accessories I stumbled across this site. They have some cute vintage-y shoes, dresses and other items. Never seen or heard of the site, so I don't know much about the quality. But, some of the items are very cute.

That looks like a great site Daisy. They have a mix of vintage and retro. I see they carry Stop Staring dresses too. Those vintage 50's green mettalic shoes are terrific but I see someone snatched them up.

Yeah, I liked those green shoes too. I don't know when I'd ever wear bright green metallic shoes, but I really liked them. The spectators are cute too. I like the mix of retro and fourties. So surprised that I"ve never come across this site before, I thought with all the searches I've done over the past year for vintage inspired clothes that I had found everything. Nice to see something new.

A few people mentioned they might be interested in repro chinese dresses..
I just recieved these two in the mail... and I definately recommended the seller. They fit great, and were VERY similar in quality to my vintage dress. The slit also doesn't come as high on my leg as is does in some of the pictures on the ebay page.

There is also http://www.trashydiva.com/ A lot of their dresses are very 30's-50's inspired. Although a lot of clothing there tends to be on the more expensive side, if you wait for them to go on sale or clearance they are often very discounted.

Yes, Delia's sizes run very small...if you have larger arms like I do it can be a real pain. The shirt I just bought is beautiful, but it as banded sleeves (is that the term? I don't even know what they are called!) which button, and those have never fit me right. On the suggestion of DH I wore it with the cuff folded over and it looked darling.

Cup sizes

In the 40s and 50s cup sizes only went up to a D cup. I think, because bras weren't wired then that the cup sizes could fit more people. Take the Rago corselette for example which is a soft cup - I've fitted girls up to a G cup in one of their D cups. I know it isn't ideal, but that's the way it was. The same thing with bullet bras, if you see a bargain on Ebay or somewhere which is a cup size smaller than you normally take it could well be worth the risk.
