Anyone know what "jippi jappa" means in felt terms. Just a hat style?

Jippi Jappa, as far as I know is a type of straw weave. This single ad is the only place I have found "Jippi Jappa Felt " referred to. I suspect the store's advertising department/company got a little too creative on this one ad.
