Vintage Flapper Dress

This is a great flapper dress. I do not believe it is from the 20s, however I do think it is vintage. Maybe a costume made in the 50s? That’s my educated guess

The material is quite heavy, and the fringe is made with black cording type material.

There is one small tear on the hip, other than that it’s in great vintage condition.

$20 plus $10 shipping- it’s quite heavy
