My name is Virginia--I'm in high school--and I have yet to meet someone named Virginia under the age of 50. Equally uncommon is my nickname, Ginny (spelt that way, I mean. I run into a lot of "Jennys" and it's very frustrating--no one pronounces my name right!). I was thrilled as a kid when my grandma, a doll collector, introduced me to the Ginny dolls of the 50s.
